We offer no insurance for your holiday or for any activities included. By accepting our quote and choosing to use us as your accommodation, you are admitting that you understand that we are exempt from any injuries, losses or deaths associated with any part of your holiday and that all necessary insurances must be arranged by you.
Prices do not include airport transfers, local transfers, ski passes or equipment hire. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to all our terms.
Deposits will be deducted using the card data supplied on confirmation of your booking.
Processing payments is not automated so it can take up to 24 hours to complete and confirm your reservation.
Once the payment is made we will send a receipt with confirmation code. Payments should show as Haus Susanne
Visa, Mastercard and Maestro only.
Deposits and payments are possible via IBAN. Please contact us directly to arrange a payment schedule. Required deposits via IBAN are 100% of booking total and must be paid in EURO currency
If paying by credit card or IBAN, balances are due to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
Balances can be paid in cash on arrival (with prior arrangement).
All credit card info will be retained until clearance of the final payment.
Your supplied credit card will be used to process the balance payment automatically unless you specify otherwise.
Non payment of balances within 24 hours of the due date (without prior cancellation) will result in the termination of the booking contract and all previous payments will be retained.
Free cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival.
If cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the final price will be retained/charged.
If cancelled or amended within 27 days prior to arrival all deposits and balances will be retained (up to the value of 100% of the total holiday cost)
No-Shows will be charged and invoiced 100% of the total price.
All deposits paid (and bookings made) are liable to these cancellation terms in any situation.
We reserve the right to terminated any bookings (due to forced closure) or any other reason. All bookings terminated by us will result in the refund of all payments.
Only cancellations made for a booking made within a period of forced closure due to Austrian regulations will be entitiled to a full refund.
We accept zero liability or responsibility for any costs incurred or associated by the cancellation of your accommodation contract by us.
We are GDPR compliant.
When making a booking you are entering into a contract so there is no option for you not supply your personal data.
This data is safely kept on record up to the minimum legal requirement in Austria for book-keeping and anti-laundering purposes.
You are welcome to ask us to supply you with all data we hold about your bookings.
If you contact us to make an enquiry then you have already requested to receive correspondence from us. We will ask you to opt-in to any further marketing emails.
You are welcome to request any correspondence to be deleted and removed from any of our records. You are also welcome to ask for a copy of any data we have concerning your enquiry.
